- Meeting with the client company: HR and the Hiring manager in order to understand the internal selection process and the exact functions, what is expected of the candidate, what is the culture ans values of the company, know the profile of the Hiring manager.
- We analyse the same position in the market, what is the offer, and how.
- We analyse the profile of potential candidates in the market (Job sites – RRSS).
- We re-write the offer taking into account everything analysed before with the objective:
- Make the offer attractive and stand out from others in the market.
- Attract only candidates who fit 100% with what the client is looking for.
- We publish the offer on the main job portals.
- We proactively search for profiles in our databases and social networks.

INTERVIEW – CONTACT WITH CANDIDATES
- We contact candidates by non-face-to-face means and interview by video conference or telephone depending on the candidate’s circunstances.
- Objective: to have the interview as quickly as possible to be able to present the candidate as soon as possible.
