We use the Traditional selection methodology for selection processes from Administrative to technical positions.
When the profiles are outside the standard, such as high-level or highly specialized profiles, we combine traditional selection with headhunting and nethunting. The important thing is to apply as many methods as the profile we are looking for requires in order to present suitable candidates in less than 7 business days.

Executive Search is cheaper than other methodologies and therefore more competitive in terms of finding suitable profiles that are more common in the market. You do not always have to pay the same amount to carry out a selection process, since the difficulty in finding profiles is not always the same.
The initial steps are always similar. We talk to our clients and take stock of their technical and personal requirements.
We create the job description and from there we put together the content of the ads that we are going to publish.
We decide which media we are going to publish on.
We put our Crearte Match methodology to work by searching our database for the most suitable profiles.
From there we search for profiles on social networks.
